Your brain is made up of neurons that communicate via chemical and electrical signals. There are multiple choices for which direction the signals will travel, so the question is which neuron will be activated? Every time a neuron activates another neuron, they become more closely wired together, making it more likely that the signal will go in that direction the next time around. This constitutes a “neural pathway.”

Scientists and psychologists are now able to pinpoint the regions of the brain involved in producing different thoughts or feelings and identify the neural functions involved with the activation of positive and negative thoughts.

In PQ, if your negative thoughts have become an automatic habit, that's a Saboteur.

Your Saboteurs generate all your negative emotions, including stress, anxiety, self-doubt, anger, avoidance, procrastination, insensitivity, or discontent. Mental fitness requires the ability to intercept and discredit the Saboteurs.

Now that you've identified your Saboteurs, it's time to meet the
"muscles" that will help you rewire your brain.

Mental fitness requires these 3 core muscles:

Saboteur Interceptor Muscle​

This muscle intercepts and discredits the Saboteurs the moment they try to hijack your thoughts, feelings, and actions.

In preparation for this practice, you get to expose the lies, limiting beliefs and damage of your Saboteurs, so they can no longer fool you into thinking they are helpful to you.

Self-Command Muscle​

Through a breakthrough process called PQ Reps, you boost your Self-Command muscle.

With each PQ Rep, you develop greater mastery over your own mind, quiet the negative, and activate the positive region of your brain.

Sage Muscle​

Your Sage is the muscle in you that responds to challenges with a clear, calm mind and positive emotions.

You will learn how your Sage accesses 5 positive powers (Empathize, Explore, Innovate, Navigate, and Activate). When your Sage is enabled, every problem or challenge can be converted into a gift and opportunity.
