I spent years in corporate and repeatedly found myself
stretched too thin. I was expected to be everything to
everyone, all of the time. I began to question my abilities
as a leader, a wife, and a daughter. I was not showing
up the way I wanted.

Coupled with a lack of support, the necessary leadership training, and the systems and structures that create success, I was surviving not thriving. After experiencing this and hearing the same from others in similar situations, this led me to create The Advancement. My mission is now to develop agile, aligned leaders and equip them with training, systems, and structures that are foundational to success.

I partner with emerging leaders at all levels who know they not only want change but are ready to take action. I empower and enable these leaders to do more, have more, and be more. They are ready to embrace a leadership style rooted in authenticity, innovation, courage, and effectiveness. 

My goal through working with leaders like you is to, at a minimum, have you leave with a new perspective, a new tool, or a new challenge to conquer. But for most, the goal is a transformational experience leading to a heightened level of confidence while developing new skills and leadership capabilities.

I’ve had the pleasure of working in a variety of corporate industries including bio-pharmaceutical, pharmacy benefit management, healthcare, consulting, and hospitality. Through these opportunities, I’ve utilized my skills to deliver best practices in coaching, mentoring, consulting, project management, facilitation, and at times, event planning (which I love!).

Learning is an essential part of my life and as a lifelong learner, I seek to find new ways to enhance my personal toolbox. This has led me to study and master some of the best solutions in the industry including: ICF Coaching techniques, Herrmann’s Whole Brain™ Thinking Methodology, the Tilt365 suite of tools, Positive Intelligence, and Maxwell Leadership.
