Hi, I’m Lei Comerford
Fueled by a mix of grit, dedication and determination, my upbringing and strong values have helped me thrive in healthcare and corporate leadership roles.
In my 30's, I experienced a career defining moment. I found myself in a role with unrealistic expectations. As a result, I was stretched too thin, my personal life suffered, and I even began to question my abilities.
I experienced the impact of poor leadership. Instead of it breaking me, it forged in me a new mission.
This inspired me to develop The Advancement™, training, designed to transform established and emerging leaders into adaptable, agile and aligned leaders.
